The Yash Chopra Foundation first began work with underserved people of the film industry who often don’t have access to knowledge or information on best practices and are vulnerable. With new initiatives and engagement during the Covid-19 pandemic, the Foundation has expanded its scope of work with a commitment to building a better future. In succession to the Saathi card initiative, this year we introduce the YCF Saathi Digital Card, where film workers can continue access to a range of benefits, including healthcare, educational support and access to buying household utilities. This card will act as an identity to provide specific benefits to members in a hassle-free and simple manner through selected outlets and specific services. The foundation this year is also introducing the YCF Saathi App, where film workers can easily access the benefits of their Saathi Card and stay informed about the latest schemes and programs. In partnership with trusted organizations, Yash Chopra Foundation aims to make basic support sustainable and successful for all.
